How We Help
Our services are available to individuals in financial need, and we operate through a referral and request-based system to identify and support those who are eligible. The process is thorough, careful, and patient-focused.
Referral or Request for Assistance
Individuals are referred by healthcare providers, social service agencies, or community members, or may seek help directly.
Application & Evaluation
Each patient fills out an application, which is thoroughly assessed to determine medical necessity and financial eligibility.
Personal Interview
Our Intake Administrators perform detailed interviews to collect comprehensive information, ensuring a clear understanding of the patient's circumstances.
Approval Process
The completed case is reviewed by our Director of Operations and/or Foundation Consultant, who approves eligible applications for care.
Assignment to Medical Providers
Once approved, the patient is referred to one of our trusted ophthalmic specialists to perform the necessary procedure with precision and care.
