The federal return of the Private Foundation ( Form 990-PF) and the exemption application is available for inspection at the office of Juan J Tejera, CPA in Coral Gables, Florida. Please send a request to tejeracpa@bellsouth.net.

Your support can make a difference

Funds to support this eye care program are received only by Lions Club donations, interest from trust funds, grants, and bequests. The Foundation prides itself in keeping expenses to a minimum; there is no overhead except for three paid positions.
